ACCOUNT DELETION
You can delete your Durand account and all associated data at any time directly from within the app. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
Follow these steps to delete your account from the Durand app:
- Go to the Profile tab — Open the Durand app and navigate to the Profile tab.
- Tap "Delete account" — Locate and tap the "Delete account" button on your profile screen.
- Confirm deletion — Tap "Delete" in the confirmation dialog to permanently delete your account.
WHAT GETS DELETED
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account and profile information
- All health data, biomarker data, and lab results
- AI interaction history and personalized recommendations
- Connected device data and integrations
This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
